We are very excited to announce that our Little Bean yoga story is developing and new information is to be released shortly!!!
In the meantime please do come along to Soul Ground at La Hougue Bie on August 1st 2026 where Kat will be leading two childrens evening yoga sessions to wind down and restore some peace and relaxation with your little ones in the beautiful grounds of Jersey’s most wonderful and humble site - which is actually older than the pyramids!!
Blending story telling and gentle movement, alongside guided relaxation,parents and carers are welcome to observe their children engage in a fun and immersive short yoga session and story time to let them take their minds off to a place of peace yet adventure …come along and watch the magic unfold!

Packages
Aquatic movement and Ai Chi
Teaching various groups across the island in Ai Chi - including at Les Quennevais Pool, Aquasplash, and Radisson Hotel pool at Bluwave Gym - we can also offer private sessions on request - Ai Chi really is a wonderful and theraputic form of exercise for both body and mind.
Derived from traditional Tai Chi - but performed in warm, shallow water - this exercise is ideal for those suffering from pain, recovering from injury or illness and really works wonders.

Massage and Holistic treatments
Here at Womens’ Wellbeing Jersey we know that health is holistic. This means all encompassing. There will be days when your body and mind simply need to relax - and sometimes you need a massage to relieve you of a tired or aching back for example - or you may need to simply put your feet up and receive a balancing and beneficial treatment of reflexology.
We offer a mobile massage service so you can relax in the comfort of your own home. No parking problems, no rushing to town, just give us a call and we’ll come to you.
Qualified and insured to give facial massage, body massage, reflexology and Reiki. Combinations can be made up.

Wellbeing Weeks
Wellbeing weeks are inclusive wellbeing events that are run by Kat. She has run events for nursery age children, leading a rereat focusing on biodiversity and wellbeing, wellbeing weeks for secondary school age children, wellbeing mornings for the elderly and frail and has run the yoga and wellbeing sessions in a juicing retreat in Brittany, France. She has 14 years of experience in working with SEND and special needs, both physical and cognitive, and will adapt sessions to cater for everyone.
Retreats are always offered where there is wheelchair access and disabled parking.

Kat is a qualified yoga instructor, fitness instructor, Ai Chi instructor, Aqua Yoga instructor and holistic therapist.
Teaching yoga since 2005 and holistic therapies since 2006 our passion is stronger than ever! We are continually developing and adapting skills, and modifying styles of teaching to cater for everyone verbal or non verbal - those who can walk unaided and those who might use a walking stick or wheelchair.
We will help you navigate a sustainable path of health and fitness - with ease and grace.
We love teaching the little people fun, positive yoga sessions with an emphasis on positive thinking, healthy living and an awareness for our environment. We also run weekly circuit sessions, to condition and strengthen and run beautiful retreat days even for our littles clients!
For our more mature clients we offer home massage and wellbeing sessions, and offer group aquatic classes to recharge - relax and rehabilitate.
Kat’s approach is both professional and nurturing, creating a safe space for children and adults to move, heal and thrive.
Classes are held at Little Oaks nursery, Active - Les Quennevais Sports Centre, Radisson Bluwave gym.
